After the successful download (see last post) Max Hilbert Sandor expropriated Anthony, 4 years old, of his netbook (how mean!) and proceeded to make a fractal image for possible publication in an online journal. The program used was ChaosPro 4.0 and the image depicts a Barnsley fern based on an IFS algorithm and the initial parameters for display were set by a certain Martin.
The question arose (and may not go away that easily): who really would be the rightfool copyright holder of this image?
Note:
a) this is NOT a multiple choice question!
b)many of the choices below were polled on Facebook.
Choices (pick one or shutup forever!)
1. Max Sandor who invoked the program, selected the algorithm, and tweaked its parameters background, angle, etc?
3. David Hilbert, because he came back to haunt the world?

We are pleased to announce the successful download of David Hilbert (January 23, 1862 – February 14, 1943).
Guinea pig Max Sandor underwent rigorous efforts in order to accommodate the download of the genius, including such details as letting grow a beard similar to David's, and on the eve of October 13th, the download was completed, witness the photo made the day after.
His first statement was a question: "Has the Riemann hypothesis been proven?".
His second was a complaint: 'The infinite! No other question has ever moved so profoundly the spirit of man. You should have left me in there instead of downloading me, guys!'
His third was a request: "Königberger Klopse und Apfelstrudel, bitte!"
Upon being told that it would be difficult to provide Königberger Klopse, being in Brazil, he remarked: "Sometimes it happens that a man's circle of horizon becomes smaller and smaller, and as the radius approaches zero it concentrates on one point. And then that becomes his point of view. If you really want to find Königberger Klopse, you can find them even here in jungle-space!"
We restrained Max Hilbert for now, as he was trying constantly to escape and losing himself in the jungle, saying "A mathematical theory is not to be considered complete until you have made it so clear that you can explain it to the first man whom you meet on the street." He still doesn't get it that there are no streets in the Sandorian Grove, only monkeys that swing through the air on lianas (Banisteriopsis caapi) like Tarzan...

Rupert Sheldrake [link] who coined the terms 'morphogenetic fields' made the theory of 'morphic resonance' [link] a central theorem in his "New Science of Life".
In our research we early on found the phenomenon of what we called 'Root Function' or 'Radical Transform' and this basic observation has been corroborated by Otto Scharmer [link] and his "Theory U".
Recently I showed the striking similarity to the statistics of stock markets and other behavior of massive numbers of particles [link] . Yet, these informations are not giving us any clue as to WHAT IS HAPPENING inside a morphic field that would show in such a 'mathematical behavior'.
One way to lead us to a better understanding of the dynamics in morphogenetic fields could consist of considering the 'Radical Transform' or 'Root Function' as the RESULTANT of a basic waveform and its basic HARMONICS (see picture).
This would mean that the function is an expression of the circumstance that there are 'standing waves' forming within a morphic field which are based on the harmonics of a super-wave. Meaning, without an input being able to resonate on SEVERAL harmonics, the Radical Transform or "Theory U" for example, would NOT work.
From another viewpoint, we can speculate that a new 'thoughtform', once injected into a morphic field, needs to 'bounce back and forth' on several harmonics before gaining a transformational power.
For practical applications, we can with this model (re)search how the standing waves of the harmonics are formed depending on the input signal, a thoughtform or 'Meme', and how we can amplify those harmonics that allow the smoothest transition from one state into another. More >

Many have tried, nobody succeeded...
Here is another attempt (Sandor, 2011, a few month before the meltdown, no posthumous adorations possible, oh well):
The algorithmic rules for the construction of this and similar Universes are:
(Note: the word 'thing' is used here as in Kant's 'Ding an sich' and Gotamo's 'dhammo')
Our Universe can be considered a closed system in which:
[Start_of_Universe_Construction_Rules]
1. Every 'thing' has a predecessor.
2. Every 'thing' consists of a pair of opposites.
3. Every 'thing' persists based on a non-zero differential.
4. Every 'thing' is fractal.
[End_of_Universe_Construction_Rules]
These rules form an axiomatic system which follows the proto-wheel of Ifa. Its elements can be found in all major Universe descriptors, except Number 1 which is based on secret Ifa lore and formulated by Sandor, 2011, even though it is so ridiculously simple that it is commonly omitted. Sandor's formulation is similar to Gotamo's set of axioms ('Buddhism').
ad 1: 1. Every 'thing' has a predecessor.
(The first position of the wheel, cp Odu Ifa 1st wheel, Ofun (the FA rune).
ad 2: Hegel's 'Gegensatz', Gotamo's First Law of 'dukkha' (du+kha=two-sided), Taoist Yin-Yang, Gurdjieff's First Law of the Universe etc), cp the Rune Ur, Odu Ifa Oyeku.
ad 3: this means that everything is 'curved' or 'non-linear', Gotamo: 'anicco', cp Einstein etc, see Gurdjieff's curvature. A quasi funny aspect of the force of the beautiful Oshun, Odu Ifa Oshe, Rune 'Osh', Goethe's 'eternal feminine'.
ad 4: Gotamo's 'anatto'='not-of-itself'='not-original'='ado/adam' (aramaic:'copy'), Gurdjieff: archetype. The fractal property means that every 'thing' is built on an archetype or root pattern, the 'strange attractor'.
SUB-LAWS & interesting now-a-days (August 2011) observations:
a) 'duality based on non-zero differential' means that opposites are attracting each other. That does away with the need of a 'binding force' that drives splitted 'things' back to its original form like in some of my earlier formulations.
Observations:
1. the explanation of gravity as 'mass attracting mass' is dead-wrong.
2. the exposition of the gurus of 'The Secret' movie of the 'Law', which is 'like attracts like', is dead-wrong.
(how about that for a few nice make-wrongs? haha)
b) clustering: Gurdjieff's second law of the Universe (the 'accumulation of similars') is a result of the necessity of a non-zero differential for persistence: all the marbles wind up in some holes in the sand (=ether).
c) the assumptions of 'a first cause' in theism and the 'before anything was cha-os' theory are both utterly pointless. It is tantamount to claiming that you would know where a 'circle starts'.

Additional Notes to the Quantum Fa Online Learning Experience: [link]
We can see the 'root function' as discovered in Skywork [link] around the year 2000 as a general template for the behavior of morphogenetic fields.
This means, that it does not only apply for personal transformation of individuals and small groups but it describes and reflects trends in political, fashion, and market trends (see [link] )
As an illustration, I overlayed a NYSE stock market graph over the Radical Transform / Root Function. The pattern used is a 'classic' double-bottom formation. We can see the 'melting point' as the beginning of a seemingly chaotic pattern, which I termed the 'dissolution of old pattern', and marked in stock market graphs by a temporary 'top', before a new 'alignment' sets in, until a new plateau which numerically corresponds to the previous patterns in Fibonacci relationships.
We can draw several insights from this analogy:
1. the same pattern applies not only for 'positive transformations' of mass behavior but also for 'negative' ones. This means, a psychotic breakdown of individuals, larger groups, and society at large, can be detected before-hand by the appearance of a 'double-top', the 'inverse' pattern of the Root Function. We can see TWO peaks before the melt-down.
2. All patterns are 'fractal': they apply in the micro-cosmos as well as the macro-cosmos. This implies that waves are overlaying other waves. Hence the limited usefulness in actual stock or futures trading.
3. Up-and down-trends follow the Elliot Wave pattern [link] from which we can determine the next 'plateau', provided an overriding larger 'wave' is not distorting the picture.
4. The fractal wave follows the 'Proto-Wheel' of the Quantum Fa principles (the 'proto-wheel' is the structure from which the 4 wheels of 4 principles each arise).
5. For Skyguides: we have to carefully watch the temporary peak between 'melting point' and the actual dissolution of the pattern! It can at times look like a 'resolution' of the problem as it may get quite 'high'. Only and only when we witness an 'upgoing' wave, we can be sure, we're out of the 'danger zone'. ROOT HEALING brings EMOTIONAL EQUANIMITY
Experiences with myself and two other people, have opened up a big new understanding of what ‘Root Healing’ can and will achieve for you and why: I call it Emotional Equanimity (thanks xriz for this expression in the first place).
When ‘Root Healing’ reaches the threshold of having deactivated enough of the wrongly, permanently triggered (alarmed) instinct-vibrations in the R-Complex, the 3 brains are not needed anymore and go quiet…
(You will then automatically activate the brain best suited for a certain occasion.)
The moment this threshold is reached – the EE (Emotional Equanimity) sets in.
You will be fully relaxed, in present time, the thoughts practically stop. You have a very good body awareness and you are very much yourself, in harmony with your surrounding and enjoying it. You have become “normal” again . . .
This state is of course not stable.
Instinct-vibrations will be triggered again by situations and environments and you will be either not even aware of it – or can not act as the vibration wants you to – and so again some instinct-vibrations will stay switched on …
But chances are good, that with the time – as you become more and more aware of what is going on – this will happen less and your ability to ‘reset’ the R-Complex will become better and better.
I hope, we will one day become as proficient as a cat who can reset it’s R-Complex by whipping its tail….. and perhaps we will just do a little dance like a dervish … to turn us out of this reality . . .

We are familiar with the 3 'F' within the 'programs' of the so-called 'reptilian mind' an expression which I dislike very much and prefer to speak of 'cellular programming instead':
Fight, Flight, and Freeze
Yet there is another important component in modern man and this FOURTH response to the environment appears to more of a problem to most than the 'usual' three F's.
To stick with the 'F' gimmick, we could call it:
FIND
'Find' as in 'find food', 'find a way out', 'find home', and 'find a solution'.
The 'bacterial' behavior pattern of the 'Fourth F' shows as erratic motion, moving in circles, seemingly random tracking, or repetitive 'try and error' actions.
How come that this is such a big problem for today's man that it shows up as a suspect for emotional stress speculated to leed to cancer and other biological responses that we are used to call 'sickness'?
Man in our times has nowhere to run: wherever you go, the Hamburger, Pizza, cosmetics, and other chains have already rammed their landmarks into the ground: McKillroy was here (and all the rest of the multinational scavenegers).
'Fighting' has become a Don Quichotian nightmare: there are more radar and other cameras than street signs. Rebellion appears short-lived in futile, at least as a one-man-mission.
'Freezing' is the opposite reaction to the frantic searching of the FOURTH F and we'll see a QUADPOLE (as we should expect, of course):
FLIGHT
FIND FREEZE
FIGHT
and the closest equivalent we find to this in the 'wheels' of Quantum Fa appears to be:
IWORI
IROSUN OWONRIN

as discussed the other day in the Quantum Fa Online Learning Experience (Course).
How do we put an end to the spooky craziness of cellular 'behavior'?
Simply by ACKNOWLEDGING THE ORIGINAL INTENT OF THE LIFE-FORM BEING DRAMATIZED.
It is pointless to regard this kind of 'processing' as event-based 'trauma handling' and it is therefore a moot discussion whether this kind of approach (known in shamanic practices for a long time and now being popularized by RPT/Reference Point Therapy, for example) would 'erase' the 'incident' or not... there are simply to many basic cellular life processes involved and we should consider it labeling rather as 'group processing' than 'incident handlings'.
Certainly, most people, after calming down from the 'find frency', will return to the 'rat race'. Don't let that stop you.. if you don't process you can't win ;) More >
