Behind the (failed) attempt to create a Futures market for Terrorist activities lies a very important facet. A facet that could change things in the future for everyone involved in theoretical and practical morphogentetic studies, such as SkyWork, and likewise the followers of Bert Hellinger.
Why?
The Washington Post wrote: "Called the Policy Analysis Market, the project arose under a DARPA division called FutureMAP, or "Futures Markets Applied to Prediction." Two companies were involved -- Net Exchange, a market technologies company, and the Economist Intelligence Unit, a division of the publisher of the Economist magazine. The Pentagon had planned to spend $8 million on the effort through 2005."

The importance in this lies not only in the circumstance that it shows how serious the US government is taking morphogenetics but also that it is acknowledging it openly even though this happened in an awkward form.
The basic idea behind all of this is that events are preceded by changes in the morphogenetic field which can be statistically detected through the behavior of a large number of people.
That this circumstance trickled into the consciousness of the 'leaders' and is followed by real action and dollar investments, means a major and very basic shift in paradigms.
Time to read up on Morphogenetics, I would say, for example on Rupert Sheldrake's site...
